What Our Sales Team Can Help You With
Unit selection and floor plan guidance. There are 39 named layouts here, grouped into 10 bands and running from 463 sqft to 1,679 sqft, which is more choice than most buyers want to work through alone. We will narrow it to a shortlist against how you actually live, then take you through the stack and level options for the layouts that survive.
Confirmed current pricing. We work from the current price chart rather than from a figure you read somewhere, and we will tell you plainly where a given stack or level sits against the rest of its band. The price page carries the chart and the balance unit chart shows what is still on the market.
Financing, CPF and stamp duty. Loan-to-value limits, the cash and CPF split, and whether Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty applies to your situation. The mortgage calculator works out the downpayment and monthly instalment, and we will sanity check the result against your own numbers.
Eligibility and cooling measures. The rules on residency status, existing property and stamp duty change from time to time, and they decide what a purchase actually costs you. Tell us your situation and we will tell you where you stand under the rules in force.
Buying procedure, end to end. What happens between the Option to Purchase and completion, which documents are needed when, and what the progressive payment stages mean for your cash flow.
Showflat appointments. We will book you in and confirm the meeting point beforehand, since the gallery is not at the project site. The showflat page has the details, and the virtual tours are there if you would rather look first.
