Show Units on Display

Three of the thirty-nine layouts are built at the gallery, spanning the middle and upper part of the range:

2-Bedroom Premium + Study (Type BPS1, 764 sqft): the most widely repeated of the three, 113 homes across thirteen stacks; Tier 1 finishes with a Bosch 60cm hood, a Bosch two zone induction hob, a Bosch oven, a 325 litre Samsung fridge and a Bosch washer dryer.
3-Bedroom Premium + Study (Type CPS2, 1163 sqft): 52 homes across five stacks; Tier 2 finishes with a Bosch 90cm hood, a Bosch three zone gas hob, a Bosch oven, a 617 litre Samsung fridge and a standalone Bosch washer and dryer.
4-Bedroom Premium (Type DP2, 1496 sqft): 29 homes across three stacks; Tier 2 finishes with the same hood, hob, oven and fridge as the CPS2, plus a Vintec wine chiller.

The step from the BPS1 to the two premium units is the one specification change you can see rather than read: the hob goes from induction to gas and the hood and fridge both go up a size. The 5-Bedroom Premium Type E1 is the only layout in Tier 3 and is not built at the gallery, so its finish level is not on display anywhere.

What to Expect at the ParkTown Residence Showflat

Our sales representatives will walk you through the project information and the location highlights in the level of detail you want, and compare unit types side by side against the floor plans rather than leaving you to read them alone.

On cost, we will work through the current price list, an indicative loan quantum and a monthly instalment with you. The mortgage calculator and the price page carry the same figures if you would rather run them first.

The part of the conversation that is hard to have anywhere else is stack and floor selection. We work from the unit distribution chart and the site plan, which together show which stacks sit in which block, what level each runs to and how the two precincts are laid out. If you already have a unit number in mind, bring it. A shortlist is even better.

In person you get the three things renders flatten: the actual room dimensions, the ceiling height, and the Bosch, Samsung and Vintec fittings and the cabinetry and worktop finishes at close range. What a gallery visit cannot show you is what a particular home looks out on, because the show units are not in a tower and the gallery is not on the site. That question is settled from the distribution chart with us, not from standing in a show unit.
