Four tours are available on this page: the show gallery itself, and three of the show units, the 2-Bedroom Premium + Study Type BPS1, the 3-Bedroom Premium + Study Type CPS2 and the 4-Bedroom Premium Type DP2.
The tours are most useful if you know what to look at. The kitchens are where the specification is visible, and it changes between these three units: the BPS1 carries a 60cm hood and a two zone induction hob, while both the CPS2 and the DP2 carry a 90cm hood and a three zone gas hob. Fridge size steps up the same way, from 325 litres in the BPS1 to 617 litres in the other two, and the DP2 is the only one of the three with a wine chiller. The appliances are Bosch throughout, with Samsung refrigeration and a Vintec chiller. On finishes, the BPS1 is a Tier 1 unit and the CPS2 and DP2 are both Tier 2, so these tours show you two of the three finish tiers in the development.

What each tour represents. A show unit is one layout out of thirty-nine, so it is worth knowing where each of these three sits in the development.
The BPS1 is one of two layouts in the 2-Bedroom Premium + Study band, which holds 134 homes between them. BPS1 accounts for 113 of those and runs thirteen stacks across nine blocks, so it is the most widely repeated of the three units on this page. It is a Tier 1 unit, the same finish level as the one and two bedroom homes below it.
The CPS2 is one of five layouts in the 3-Bedroom Premium + Study band, which holds 115 homes. CPS2 accounts for 52 of those, across five stacks in five blocks. It is a Tier 2 unit, and the step from the BPS1 to this one is the clearest specification change you can see on this page.
The DP2 is one of two layouts in the 4-Bedroom Premium band, which holds 47 homes. DP2 accounts for 29 of those, across three stacks in three blocks. It is also Tier 2, so what separates it from the CPS2 is size and the wine chiller rather than the finish tier.
What these tours do not show. Seven of the ten bands have no tour: 1-Bedroom + Study, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom Premium, 3-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom Premium, 4-Bedroom and 5-Bedroom Premium. The last of those is worth calling out, because the 5-Bedroom Premium Type E1 is the only layout in Tier 3 and there is no tour and no show unit for it, so its finish level cannot be seen anywhere on this site or at the gallery.

A 360 tour flattens the three things that decide most purchases: scale, material and ceiling height. Standing in the CPS2 tells you in a few seconds how a 1163 sqft three bedroom actually divides up, which no amount of spinning the view will. The same goes for the finishes. Cabinetry, worktops and flooring photograph well at every price level and separate on touch.
What a visit will not settle is what any particular home looks out on. The gallery is not on the project site and none of these three units sits in a tower, so nothing seen there speaks to a specific stack or level. Those questions are settled from the unit distribution chart and the site plan with our sales staff, so it is worth arriving with a unit number or a shortlist rather than a band in mind.
